AGILLY LURES COMPARISON

The best deal is to get an entire series combo.  As each series is different in body and dorsal fin design that changes the fluid-dynamics of the swimming action. Simply put, each series of swimming lures swims quite differently, although it may appear the same to us, for a hungry fish, it could mean the difference between “food” and “enemy”.

Here’s what we recommend with our lures:

Do 3 casts per lure and at least 9 casts to test the spot quickly.  If nothing is biting, move to a different spot.  Once you find a great spot and you are getting bites, stick with the lure.

After a while, if fishes stop biting, it could be because they became suspicious of that particular lure.  It’s time to change to a different design and you’ll see tons of strikes again.  The myth of a “fished up” spot is exactly that, just change your lure and you’ll see.

I love this lure! Every time I go fishing I catch at least 3 fish on it! Pickrell love this thing! I caught some bass on it too but mostly Pickrell. It is a medium floating lure which is good because it not float to the top but it won’t sink either. I just ordered another as a spare so just in case I loose one I have a backup. Highly recommended!

Arrived on time, a little smaller than expected. Using these in pond with clear water where I can actually see the 12in bass going after it. However, this is an isolated pond and they get picky, they bump it and it must not smell right so they have left it alone. However the action and movement is great, it actually draws out other bluegill and perch.

This swim bait has relistic looking graphics and the swimming action is nice. The hooks came sharp which is good. Usually I sharpen hook on new baits just for good measure, I didn’t have to with this one. Got a nice bass with it my first trip using it…

My first cast had a hit and my second had a nice Bass. Got it out of the water and just as I am going to grab the bass,(guessing about 3 lbs) he snapped my line and took my new lure. I looked for him to spit it out and hoped I see it in the water but I didn’t. I ordered a second one. I changed to a Zebco 888 and 25lb test line,( I know that sounds a little crazy bass fishing with a Zebco 888 but I love the distance I can cast with it and I fish off a dock at a private lake, no boat.) and on my third cast this one caught a nice 24″ Bass ! I did not weight it but at this size it speaks for itself. Love this lure. I have caught several fish that I thought should have looked for smaller bait. I like this lure and so do the Bass!!!

This lure has pretty good action. I found that on mine you have to reel in very slow or it will turn sideways and probably not look realistic to fish. Caught a nice redfish the second time using it. again reeling very slow. If the fish need a fast bait to get them to reflex strike, this may not be a good lure for that situation. I may try bending the eye on the front to see if that will make it twin straighter.
