Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are in “Processing” status. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes of ordering. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  • You receive the wrong item. You do not want the product you have received and decide to request for a return. You must make your request within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, counting from the date of your delivery.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost on non-defective returns.
  • All items must be unused, in perfect, resellable condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping and upgraded delivery services (DHL, Shipping with Insurance & Tracking services) are not refundable.

We provide free shipping for all of our customers, but if you decide to upgrade your shipping service, it is non-refundable.

We do NOT issue the refund if:

  • order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or holiday season).

You can submit refund requests within 14 days after you have received the item. You can do it by sending a message to Contact Us page.

Refund Process

  • 1. Contact us with refund request
  • 2. Get RMA number from us
  • 3. Ship new unused with tag item(s) back to us at your own expense
  • 4. We will inspect the return product within 10 days
  • 5. After returned product passed inspection, we’ll begin refund process
  • 6. A refund will be processed.

If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.  Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. If exchange is approved, you must return the item (new unused with tag) back to us at your own expense.

Please note that any non-defective returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee to prevent return/exchange abuse.
